कोणताही कर्मचारी जर निलंबित असेल व तो नियत वयोमानाने सेवानिवृत्तीस पात्र ठरत असेल तर त्यास कशा प्रकारे सेवानिवृत्त करावे या बाबत कृपया मार्गदर्शन करावे.
कार्यरत कर्मचार्याप्रमाणे तो निवृत्त होतो. त्यास तात्पुरते provisional pension benifits दिले जातात. - विभागीय चुकीशीचे अधीन राहून.

if that land is on your name first apply for measurement to Dy SLR ,then after getting map you just approach in civil court for removal of enchroachment.During period you just launch FIR in nearest police station,But it is quiet Civl matter.

अनुसूचित जमात प्रमाणपत्र देणे साठी १९५० पूर्वी चे महसुल पुरावा नाही तरी प्रमाणपत्र देता येत नाही का ? इतर कोणता पुरावा देणे आवशक आहे ? कारण की बरेच जणाकडेशेती नसलेने पुरावा नसतो व या सवलती पासून वंचित राहतात तरी मार्गदर्शन मिळावे हि नम्र विनंती.
Anthropological and Ethnological ,Sociology study is undertaken . We can ask Tribal development department who undertakes such study and submit reports to us on requisition.

जर कोणतेही पुरावे उपलब्ध नसतील तर सक्षम प्राधिकारी संबंधीताची गृहचौकशीचे आदेश देउन सदर उमेदवाराच्या जातीबाबत खात्री करु शकतात. यामध्ये साधारणत: त्या जातीतील प्रथा,परंपरा,देव,सण,उत्सव इ. बाबत चौकशी करुन सदर उमेदवार पात्र वाटल्यास जातीचा दाखला सक्षम प्राधिकारी देउ शकतात.

Is any facility of online forms like Domicile , Nationality etc certificate which is provided by Setu Office is provided by our Mahsul office please give me informaion if any %
There are many Grampanchayats which are not online yet .
Many grampanchayats dont have his websites so is there is any plan to made websites of Each garampanchayat.
In few district like Thane , online facility for applying has begun.
Regarding second query , this website / forum is of revenue officers. Hence answers pertaining to revenue and close related departments like Civil Supply , Election will be / are replied. You will have to ask , rural development department.

This will clear your idea as to who falls in creamy layer and who does not......

प्रश्न ः- ज्या व्यक्तीचे तिन वर्षाचे उत्पन्नाचे सरासरी 4.50 लाखापेक्षा अधिक उत्पन्न असेल अशा शासकीय नौकरी असणा-या व्यक्तीनां नॉन क्रिमिलेअर प्रमाणपत्र द्यावे का ? या बद्दलचा शासन निर्णय ईमेल करावे ही विनंती.
यासाठी आपण क्र्य्पया २५ मार्च २०१३ चा शासन निर्णय पाहावा यामध्ये सर्व मुद्द्यांच विवेचन केलेलं आहे

महोदय, मी कारागृह खात्यात नोकरीस असून पुणे, (हडपसर) येथे राहत आहे. माझे व माझ्या कुटुंबाचे रेशन कार्ड नाही तरी रेशन कार्ड काढण्याकरिता काय करावे लागेल. धन्यवाद.
If you have obtained a ration card any where in Maharashtra/ India before shifting to Pune then
1. Ration card surrender certificate of Tahsildar/ Rationing officer of the area where you domiciled
2. Residence proof where you are residing now
3. Apply to concerned Rationing officer of Hadapsar
If you have not obtained ration card in your life time or your even your parents had not obtained ration card or your name was not included in parents ration card / relatives card then
1. Affidavit disclosing that you have not obtained ration card any where in Maharashtra or India in your life time or your name was not included in other ration card
2 residence proof where you are staying

Every part/ entry on 7 /12 is important.
Copy of 7 /12 should be periodically taken/ obtained from Talathi and its reading and perusal is advised.

७/१२ चे मुख्यतः गाव नमुना ७ व नमुना १२ असे २ भाग पडतात.
गाव नमुना ७ मध्ये भूमापन क्रमांक (गट नंबर), भूमापन क्रमांकाचा उपविभाग (पोस्ट हिस्सा), खाते क्रमांक, भूधार्ण पद्धती, भोग्वातादाराचे नांव, शेताचे स्थानिक नांव, लागवडीचे क्षेत्र, पोट खराब, कुळाचे नांव, हे महत्वाचे घटक असतात.
नमुना १२ मध्ये वर्ष, हंगाम, मिश्र पिकांखालील क्षेत्र, पिकाचे नांव, जालसिंचीत, अजलसिंचीत, जाल्सिंचानाचे साधन, शेर हे घटक असतात.

सातबारा म्हणजे काय ?
जमिनीचे रेकॉर्ड कमीत कमी शब्दात ठेवता येणे शक्य व्हावे म्हणून, आणि सर्व ठिकाणी सारख्याच पद्धतीने जमिनीचे महत्वाचे व मुलभूत रेकॉर्ड असावे या हेतूने तलाठी दप्तराची रचना करण्या आली आहे.
तलाठी दप्तर हे ऐकून १ ते २१ नमुन्यात ठेवले जाते. त्यातील ७ क्रमाकांचा नमुना व १२ क्रमाकांचा नमुना मिळून सातबाराचा नमुना तयार झाला आहे.

७/१२ नव्याने केंवा व कसा लिहतात ?
महाराष्ट्र जमीन महसूल अधिनियम १९६६ च्या कलम १२६ नुसार ७/१२ पहिल्यांदा नव्याने लिहिला जातो. त्यानंतर दर १० वर्षांनी ७/१२ पुस्तके नव्याने लिहिली जातात.
पहिला ७/१२ पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर, नवीन ७/१२ लिहायला घेतात. ज्या नोंदी खोडून टाकलेल्या असतात किंवा ज्या अक्षरांना कंस केलेला असतो त्या वगळून ७/१२ लिहिला जातो.
७/१२ वरील मालकी हक्क सदरातील व इतर हक्कातील कोणतेही महत्वाचे लिखाण फेरफार नोंद केल्याशिवाय ७/१२ वर येऊ शकत नाही .

७/१२ चा उतारा कसा वाचावा ?
७/१२ उतार्यावर छापील स्वरुपात प्रत्येक रकानाच्या वर माहिती कशाबद्दल आहे हे नमूद असते.
उदा. गट क्रमांक, मालकाचे नाव, धारण प्रकार, लागवडी योग्य क्षेत्र, कुळाचे नाव इ चा उल्लेख असतो.
यातील गट क्रमांक म्हणजे जमिनीचा गट न. होय, मालक सादरी मालकाचे नाव, कुळाचे नाव या सदरात कुळाचे नाव, या शिवाय गावाचे नाव, तालुक्याचे नाव इ. मजकूर नावाप्रमाणे लिहिला जातो. जमिनीचा प्रतवारीनुसार आकार ठरवण्यात आला आहे. तो रुपये पैसे या भाषेत लिहिला जातो. धारण प्रकारामध्ये जमीन खालसा (खा), सरकारी (स), देवस्थान इनाम (दे), असा उल्लेख असतो. खाते क्रमांक रखान्यात गावातील खातेदारांना अनुक्रमाने जो नंबर दिला जातो, तो लिहितात. नमुना बारामध्ये पिकाच्या नोंदी हंगामाप्रमाणे लिहितात.
